We do not collect any information automatically through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this website beyond what your browser may transmit as part of a standard HTTP request (e.g., IP address, browser type, referring URL). We do not use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

The information you submit through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry about our automation services.
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your message.
• Follow up with you regarding the scope, timeline, and pricing of a potential project.
• Process payments if you engage our services (handled via Razorpay — see Section 5).

We do not use your information for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond direct project communication, unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive updates from us.

Confirmation emails and internal notifications are sent via Gmail SMTP (Google LLC) using the address autotask.ai.solutions@gmail.com. Your name and email address are passed to Google’s mail servers solely for the purpose of delivering the email to you. Google may process this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not store email credentials on client-facing servers, and message content is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections.

Contact form submissions are received in our business email inbox. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions beyond the email thread created at the time of inquiry.

• Email correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship is active or as required for tax, legal, or contractual obligations.
• If a project is not initiated, we retain your contact email for a maximum of 12 months before deletion from our records.
• You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7 — Your Rights).

For paid engagements, we use Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, a company incorporated under Indian law) as our payment gateway. When you make a payment, you are redirected to or interact with Razorpay’s secure payment interface. Razorpay collects and processes your payment information — including card or bank details, billing address, and transaction metadata — directly and in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Autotask Solutions does not store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We only receive a transaction confirmation and the amount paid. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant.
